INGREDIENTS: * 3lbs bear steaks, cut into 2inch cubes * 1 slice salt pork, cut in pieces * 1 cup ketchup * 1/3cup steak sauce * 2tbsp vinegar * 1 medium onion, chopped * 1tbsp lemon juice * 1tbsp chili powder * tsp salt DIRECTIONS: 1. Trim all fat from bear steak and cut in 2inch cubes. 2. Brown all meat (bear cubes and salt pork pieces) on all sides in frying pan. 3. Place meat in a casserole dish. 4. Place ketchup, steak sauce =, vinegar, onion, lemon juice, chili powder and salt in a frying pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 5. Pour sauce over meat in casserole dish. 6. cover casserole and bake at 325F for 2.5hrs or until meat is tender.
